Hercules Farm is a small family farm in South Thurston County owned and operated by Faith, Doug, Nora, and Connor. Our farm sits on the historic Hercules Number 2 Quarry and the Indigenous Lands of the Nisqually People.
We have been raising registered Gotland and Gotland cross sheep since 2010. Our flock produces fleece, breeding stock, lamb meat, and skins. We process all our fleece into value added products which include: quilting batts, yarn, socks, and one of a kind art pieces. It has afforded us the opportunity to “walk a talk” on sustainable fiber farming and natural resource stewardship as part of a responsible supply chain for textiles in our local community. Sharing and demonstrating this passion is essential to our values as a farm. All of our lamb wool products are Animal Welfare Certified by A Greener World.
We also grow pasture raised turkey which is available annually in time for the Thanksgiving holiday.
